Fully Extracted Cannabis Oil (FECO) is the most potent cannabis product on the market today. FECO is a concentrated whole plant extract frequently mistaken for Rick Simpson Oil (RSO). Both dark, thick oils, the main difference between FECO and RSO is the solvent used for their extraction. Rick Simpson Oil is extracted using isopropyl alcohol, which is harmful when ingested.
